Melonex and Cholesterol: What the Label Does Not Say
The Melonex label says nothing about cholesterol. The front panel names heart and circulation support, and the Supplement Facts list one 500 mg blend of three amino-acid forms. No source we found tested Melonex on cholesterol, so do not buy it for that purpose. Ask a clinician about a blood test.

Does Melonex do anything for cholesterol?
Nothing on the label says it does, and we found no study of Melonex on cholesterol.
Cholesterol is a blood fat measured by a blood test. A capsule that lists amino acids, with no fat-related ingredient and no cholesterol claim, gives you no reason to expect a change in that number. We would not buy it for that purpose.
If a test showed high cholesterol, follow your clinician's plan and keep taking any medicine prescribed for it.
What does the label actually print?

Should cholesterol worries drive an order?
No. If cholesterol is your reason, a supplement label that never mentions it is the wrong tool.
If you want Melonex for other reasons, ask a pharmacist how it fits with your medicines first. Call 911 for chest pain or signs of a stroke. Our blood pressure basics guide covers the other risk factor on that list.

Ask your pharmacist or prescriber. We cannot judge interactions for your medicines.
Which cholesterol test should I ask for?
Ask your clinician. A blood test is the usual way, and they decide what is right for you.
