Privacy Policy: What This Website Collects and What It Does Not
Melonexdaily.com is an information site. It has no account, no checkout and no form that collects health data. The tools on the pages, such as the fit check and the planner, run in your browser and are not sent to us. If you email the web desk, we read what you send. Orders are handled by the retailer's order page, under its own policy.

What do we collect?
Very little. The site is built so that you can read it without giving us anything.
| Data | Collected? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Name, address, card details | No | Orders are placed on the retailer's order page, not here |
| Health answers in the fit check | No | Runs in your browser and is not sent to us |
| Planner choices | No | Runs in your browser |
| Emails you send | Yes | We read and keep them to answer you and fix errors |
| Server logs | Possibly | Hosts commonly keep technical logs such as the page requested and the time |
If this changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update the policy and its date before it starts.
What stays in your browser?
The interactive tools work on your device. They do not send your answers anywhere.
The fit check asks five yes or no questions and shows a result on the page. The planner adds up prices. The home reading coach plays an animation. A page may remember a small display choice, such as a theme, in your browser's storage, so it looks the same next time. You can clear that storage in your browser settings at any time. None of it identifies you.
We do not ask you to type a diagnosis, a medicine list or a reading into the site. Please do not email us such details either, unless a question needs them, since we cannot give medical advice.
What happens when you email us?
We read it, reply if a reply is needed and keep the message for a limited time.
We use your email address and your message only to answer you, to fix an error or to check a review against an order. We do not sell it. We do not add you to a mailing list. If your message is about an order, we may suggest that you write to the order desk, since we cannot see orders. You can ask us to delete a message by writing to the web desk on the contact page.
What about the order links?
When you click an order button, you leave this site and go to the retailer's order page, which has its own privacy policy.
The link may carry a code that tells the retailer the visit came from us, so that a commission can be paid 1. It costs you nothing extra. What you type on the order page, such as name, address and card number, goes to the retailer, not to us. Read its policy before you order. Other links to outside sources appear only in the sources box at the end of each page.
What are your choices?
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, and you can clear your browser's storage at any time.
Write to the web desk from the address you used before. We will answer within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local law, and we will respect them. Children under 13 should not send us personal details. If you are a parent and believe your child has, write to us and we will delete the message.
How do we keep data safe?
By holding little, and by using a secure connection.
The site is served over HTTPS. We keep emails in a mailbox protected by a password and, where possible, a second step. We do not store payment data, since we take no payments. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If we learn of a problem that affects you, we will tell you.
What about third parties?
The site loads its fonts, images and scripts from its own host, not from ad networks or social media.
We do not embed social buttons, ad tags or tracking pixels. The order page is a separate site run by the retailer, and it may use cookies, analytics and payment processors under its own policy. A payment processor handles your card number on that page, not us. If you use a marketplace instead, its rules apply. Because we do not control other sites, read their policies before you share any detail. Outbound source links open the pages of government health bodies, medical centers and journals, each with its own policy 2.
We may share information if the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful order, or to protect people from harm. We would tell you if we could.
What are the main rules at a glance?
Five rules sum up how we treat your data.
Collect little
No accounts, no checkout, no health forms.
Keep tools local
The fit check and planner run in your browser.
Use email only to reply
No lists, no sale of addresses.
Say so before changing
New tools or tracking will be added to the policy first.
Let you choose
Ask us to show, fix or delete what we hold.
What about children and health details?
The site is for adults. We do not seek data from children and we do not ask for health details.
The label asks anyone under 18 to ask a physician before using a supplement. If a child or a parent writes to us, we will answer in general terms and suggest they speak to a clinician. If you send health details by mistake, tell us and we will delete the message. We cannot give medical advice by email, and a message is not a way to report an emergency.
How long do we keep things?
Emails for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of corrections, then they are deleted.
A message about a mistake on a page may be kept longer, so we can show what was changed and why. A review submission is kept while it is being matched to an order and, if it is published, for as long as it stays on the site. Server logs, if the host keeps them, are usually kept for a short period set by the host. If you want something removed sooner, ask. We will tell you if we cannot delete it, and why. We review this policy at least once a year and whenever the site changes in a way that affects your data.
If you use a shared or work computer, clear your browser storage when you finish, so that a display choice does not stay behind for the next user.
How do you make a privacy request?
Email the web desk from the address you used, say what you want and give enough detail for us to find the message.
We may ask you to confirm who you are before we show or delete anything, so that a stranger cannot read your messages. We reply within a reasonable time, and we tell you what we did. There is no charge for a normal request. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data protection or consumer authority where you live. The details are on the contact page.
