Contact: Who to Call About an Order, a Refund or This Website
For tracking and refunds on placed orders, use the order desk: +1 (855) 889-3137 or [email protected], as listed on the sales site checkout. The bottle label lists a distributor number, +1 (507) 448-8190. For questions about this website, write to the web desk. For chest pain or stroke signs, call 911, not us.

The two phone numbers differ. We do not know which desk answers which. If one does not work, try the other, and say which number you called when you write.
What should you put in a message?
Order ID, name, date, kit, what happened and what you want. Short messages get faster answers.
Subject line
Put your order ID there.
The facts
Date ordered, kit, date received.
The problem
One or two lines, with a photo.
The request
Refund, replacement, tracking or a document such as the lab report.
What is not a job for an email?
Chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting and face, arm or speech changes are emergencies. Call 911.
Do not email about symptoms. For a reaction you think is linked to the capsule, stop it, call your clinician and report it to FDA MedWatch 2. The signs of a heart attack and stroke are on the signs page 34.
What does the web desk do?
It corrects mistakes on this site, answers privacy requests and takes review submissions. It cannot see orders or give medical advice.
Write to [email protected] on weekdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern. For a review, include your order ID so we can match it, as the reviews page explains. For a correction, name the page and the line. We read every message, and we reply to those that need an answer.
When are the desks open?
The web desk answers on weekdays, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern. The pages we read did not list hours for the order desk.
If you call the order desk and no one answers, leave a message with your order ID and a callback number, and send an email the same day so you have a record. Allow a few business days for a reply. If the matter is urgent, such as a charge you did not expect, say so in the subject line. Do not send card numbers or health details by email. If someone asks you for your full card number by email, treat it as a sign of trouble.

See packsWhat about postal addresses?
The returns address is given to you after you receive an authorization code. Do not ship without it.
The contact cards above list an office and a returns address in New York. They are mail-only, and they are not walk-in shops. The label lists the distributor in Lakeland, Florida, and the label gives no street. Shipping bottles to the wrong address can mean a lost refund, so confirm the address in writing with the order desk, quote your order ID and keep the tracking number. The refund policy page lists the steps in order.
How do you spot a fake contact?
Use only the numbers and emails in your order email, on the bottle or in the cards above. Be wary of texts and calls that you did not ask for.
Scammers copy brand names and offer to "fix" an order or to give a refund if you click a link or pay a fee. A real order desk will not ask for your card number or a gift card. If you get an unexpected message, do not click. Go to your order email, find the number there and call it. If you have lost money, tell your card issuer at once and report it to the FTC. For more on spotting fake sellers, read where to buy and the INFORM Consumers Act summary on marketplace sellers 5.
What should you have ready before you call?
Have your order ID, the name and address on the order, the date, the kit and the lot number on the bottle in front of you.
Write down what you want to ask, and what answer would solve the problem. If it is a refund, have your start date and your log. If it is a missing parcel, have the tracking number. If it is a question about the product, have the label in hand and say which line you mean. Ask the person for their name or a reference number, and write down the date and time of the call. After the call, send a short email that repeats what was agreed, so there is a written record. This works better than any complaint.
If you are calling about your health, call your clinician or a pharmacist, not the order desk. The order desk can answer questions about orders. It is not the place for advice on blood pressure, medicines or symptoms.
What about press, partners and privacy requests?
Write to the web desk and say which of the three you mean.
For privacy requests, say whether you want a copy of what we hold, a correction or a deletion, and tell us the email you used. The privacy policy explains what we collect. For press questions, name the outlet and the deadline. For partners, we do not take paid placements that change what a page says, and the editorial standards page explains why.
What if English is not your first language?
Write short sentences, include your order ID and attach photos. Plain words are easier to answer quickly.
The order desk and the web desk work in English. If you need help, ask a friend to read your message before you send it, and keep a copy. Use numbers for dates, such as 2026-10-30, to avoid mix-ups between date formats.
