Quick answer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Melonex is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. This is an information site for the authorized retailer, not the manufacturer, and we may earn a commission on orders. Nothing on the site is medical advice. For chest pain or stroke signs, call 911.

The FDA statement

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

That is the sentence the law requires next to a structure and function claim on a supplement 1. It is on the label behind the stars. FDA does not approve dietary supplements or their labeling before they are sold 23. A facility being registered with FDA is not an approval.

The medical notice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. It does not replace the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.

Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed, and never cut back or stop it on your own 4. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before you add a supplement, especially if you take blood-pressure medicine, a nitrate, a sildenafil-type medicine, a potassium-sparing diuretic, a blood thinner or diabetes medicine, if you have had a heart attack, or if you are pregnant, nursing or under 18. A cuff or clinic reading is the real score for blood pressure.

In an emergency

Call 911 for chest pain or pressure, trouble breathing, fainting, or face, arm or speech changes.

Do not wait for a supplement to help, and do not drive yourself. The signs are listed on the signs page 56. If you have a bad reaction to a supplement, stop it, call your clinician and report it to FDA MedWatch 7.

The affiliate disclosure

We may earn a commission if you order through our links. It costs you nothing extra.

The FTC says a material connection between a seller and a person who recommends a product should be disclosed 8. That is what this is. It is also why the site follows the rules on the editorial standards page, with no disease claims, no promise on blood pressure and no reviews that cannot be matched to an order.

The not-the-manufacturer notice

This is an information site for the authorized retailer, not the manufacturer.

The label names Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida, as the distributor. We do not make, ship or test the product. Brand names and images belong to their owners. Where we quote the sales site, the words are theirs, and we mark them as claims. Prices and terms were read on October 30, 2026 and may change.

The results notice

Individual results vary, and no result is promised.

We found no published trial of the finished product. Studies of the ingredients used much larger doses and gave small, mixed results 910. Do not expect a change in your blood pressure from a capsule. Judge any change with a validated cuff, a log and your clinician. See the results timeline.

How do we treat the brand's claims?

As claims. We put them in quotation marks and set them next to the evidence.

The sales site says things such as "Support Balanced Blood Pressure Levels" and "immediate relief of arterial pressure" 11. Those are the brand's words. We do not say them in our own voice, and we have found no evidence for the second. The label's own lines, Heart Support*, Circulation Support* and Natural Formula*, lead to the FDA statement above. Read the benefits page for the full comparison.

We also do not use words that promise a result about the product. If you see them on a page under our name, tell us, because it is a mistake.

The reviews and reviewer notice

Review cards, the rating and the medical reviewer on this site are empty slots until real, verified entries exist.

We do not invent a doctor, a rating or a customer. The FTC bans fake reviews and testimonials, and has acted against supplement sellers that used invented endorsers 1213. When a reviewer is named, the page will show a name, credentials and a date. Until then, the fields stay empty on purpose. See the about page and the reviews page.

What this site is not

A short list of things we are not, so nothing is misread.

  • Not a doctor, a pharmacy or a clinic.
  • Not the maker or the distributor of Melonex.
  • Not a lab: we have not tested the capsules.
  • Not a source of diagnosis, treatment or dosing for your case.
  • Not a substitute for 911 in an emergency.

What we are is a plain reader of a label and of public sources, who tries to say what is known and what is not.

If a page has an error

Tell us. We fix the page and update the date.

Write to the web desk on the contact page, and name the page and the line. If the error could affect your health, say so, and we will look at it first. If you have been harmed by a product, tell your clinician and report it to FDA MedWatch 7. We also encourage you to read the label on your own bottle: it is the final word on that bottle, and where this site differs from it, the label wins.

How should you read the site?

As a starting point, with the label in your hand and your pharmacist's number nearby.

Read the quick answer on each page for the short version. Read the sections for the detail. Open the sources box to check where a fact comes from. Then, if you decide to go further, ask the questions we list: the amounts of each ingredient, the lab report for your lot, the guarantee terms in writing. If you cannot get clear answers, it is reasonable to wait. No capsule is so urgent that it cannot wait for a pharmacist's answer, and many are never needed at all.

A note for caregivers

If you help an older parent or a partner with their medicines, read the medicines guide together, and go with them to the pharmacist.

Caregivers often notice the first sign of trouble: a new dizziness, a fall, a change in speech, a face that droops. Learn the signs on the signs page and keep an up-to-date medicine list for the person you care for. Bring any supplement bottle to appointments, and ask the pharmacist to check it against the list. If you are not sure whether something is an emergency, call 911. A false alarm is far better than a missed one 6. This disclaimer applies to you too: the site is information, and not advice for any particular person.

And remember that the label of the bottle in front of you is the final word on that bottle. Where this site differs from it, trust the label, and tell us about the difference so we can correct the page.
