Melonex Shipping and Delivery: Costs, Tracking and What to Check on Arrival

The pages we read gave no fixed delivery time. Expect days, not hours, and ask the order desk for tracking.

A written delivery estimate is part of the order confirmation email, if the seller sends one. If your email shows none, ask. For US orders, a parcel usually moves in several days once it ships, but the sales pages do not promise a date, and we do not either. Orders from outside the US may take longer and may face customs checks.

The label asks for cool, dry storage away from heat and light, so a parcel left in a hot mailbox or car is a concern.

Amino acid powders in capsules are fairly stable, but heat and humidity can soften capsules and clump the fill. If the capsules look stuck together, smell odd or have changed colour, do not take them and contact the order desk. If the parcel sat in strong sun for days, ask for advice before opening it. Choose a delivery spot where someone can take it in on the day.

A parcel left on a porch in summer heat or winter frost is exposed to the very things the label tells you to avoid. If you can, ask the carrier to hold it at a pickup point, or have it delivered to a work address. Do not wait until the guarantee window is nearly over to raise a shipping problem, since the window runs from the date of purchase ¹.

When the parcel arrives, store the bottles in a cool, dry cupboard. If you ordered six, keep the sealed ones in their box, away from light, and open one at a time.

Give your order ID, the name and address on the order, the date, and a clear description of the problem, with photos.

A message such as "Order 12345, placed on a given date, parcel not received, tracking shows no movement since the first day" is easy to act on. A message such as "where is my stuff" is not. Put the order ID in the subject line, as the contact page asks, and keep your tone calm. Reply to the same email thread so the history stays together. If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photo of the outer box and the bottle, and say whether the seal is intact. A short, factual message usually gets a faster fix than a long one, and it leaves a clean record if you later need your card issuer to step in.
