Melonex CoA: What a Good Certificate of Analysis Shows
A Melonex CoA, or certificate of analysis, is quoted by the seller as reference M-3540-26-ME, but we found no published report. A good one names an independent lab, the lot, the method and a measured amount for each ingredient. A one-line pass with none of those details tells you almost nothing.

What is a certificate of analysis?
It is a lab report for one production lot. It states what was measured, how, when and what the result was.
For a capsule, the aim is to check identity, purity, strength and composition. Those four words come from the manufacturing rules that supplement makers must follow 1. A CoA is how a buyer sees whether a lot met them.
For Melonex the seller quotes only a reference number. We have not seen the document behind it.
Which seven fields should a good CoA have?
Seven. If two or more are missing, treat the document as a claim and ask for more.
| Field | Good sign | Red flag |
|---|---|---|
| Lab name | An independent lab with contact details | No name, or the seller's own |
| Lot | Matches the code on your bottle | No lot, or a different one |
| Product | Full product name and form | Only "capsules" |
| Method | Named, such as an amino acid assay | Just "pass" |
| Results | A measured figure per ingredient | Only a total or "conforms" |
| Contaminants | Metals and microbes with limits | Not tested |
| Date and signature | Recent, signed by the lab | Undated, unsigned |
Why does the Melonex blend make the CoA matter more?
Because the label hides the split. It prints one 500 mg blend and no amount for any of the three names.
L-Citrulline dl-Malate
Listed first. Federal order rules mean at least 167 mg of the 500 mg 2.
L-Arginine AKG
Listed second. At most 250 mg by the same rules.
L-Arginine HCL
Listed third. At most 167 mg by the same rules.
Those are limits from the order of names, not measured values. A real CoA with a figure per ingredient would replace the guesswork. The proprietary blend page shows the arithmetic.

See packsHow do you spot a weak certificate?
Look for what is missing, not for what is printed. Official-looking layout proves nothing, and a logo is easy to copy.
No lab name, a lot that differs from your bottle, a pass with no figures, no date, or a logo in place of a signature. Words such as "certified" or "verified" do not necessarily guarantee quality 3.
Photograph your lot before you compare. The batch check page walks through the match, step by step.
What should you do next?
Ask for the full report in writing, and keep the reply with your order email.
A short note works: give the lot, quote reference M-3540-26-ME and request the lab name and measured amounts. If the answer is a single page that says "pass" and names no lab, you have learned something about the seller's records. If it lists the lab, the method and a figure for each name in the blend, you can finally compare the label with a measurement. If you take prescribed medicine, keep taking it as directed and ask your pharmacist before adding a supplement.

FAQ01
Melonex questions people ask
What does CoA stand for on a supplement?
Certificate of analysis: a lab report on one lot, showing what was tested and the measured results.
Is M-3540-26-ME a real certificate?
It is a reference the seller quotes. We have not seen the document, so we cannot say what it shows.
How old should a CoA be?
Recent enough to match your lot's production date. An undated sheet cannot be matched to anything.
Does a CoA mean the product works?
No. It speaks to what is in the capsule, not to any effect on your body.
