Melonex Fact Check: Five Claims Held Up Against the Label and the Sources
Of five Melonex claims we checked, two match the label (60 capsules, a 500 mg blend), one is a fair statement of a study with limits, and two cannot be confirmed: the amount of each ingredient and the sales page line about immediate relief. No source tested Melonex itself.

How do you fact check a supplement claim?
Sort each claim into one of three bins: printed on the label, shown by a source, or neither.
The label is the strongest evidence of what is in the bottle, since the maker has to stand behind it. A published study is the next layer, but only for what it actually tested. A sales line with no label or study behind it sits at the bottom.
We read the Supplement Facts panel, the sales site on October 30, 2026 1 and the sources listed on the supplement facts page.
Which claims hold up?
Two hold up cleanly, one holds up with limits and two do not hold up yet.
| Claim | Check | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| 60 capsules per bottle | Printed on the label | Matches |
| One 500 mg proprietary blend | Printed on the Supplement Facts | Matches |
| Contains an arginine form that supports nitric oxide | Arginine is the precursor of nitric oxide 2; effect of this blend untested | True, with limits |
| Amounts of each ingredient | Not printed | Unconfirmed |
| "immediate relief of arterial pressure" | No source found | Unsupported |
Does the nitric oxide claim hold?
Partly. The body makes nitric oxide from arginine, but that does not show a capsule changes your blood flow 2.
Nitric oxide comes from the lining of blood vessels and widens them 3. Citrulline is converted into arginine in the body 4. Those are chemistry facts.
The next step is a leap. Studies of arginine alone, at grams a day, reported small drops in blood pressure in a pooled analysis 5, while a trial of an arginine alpha-ketoglutarate product at 12 g/day found no change in blood flow versus placebo 6. The label here prints a 500 mg blend. The studied amounts are far higher.

See packsWhat about the phrase immediate relief?
We could not confirm it, and we do not repeat it as fact. The sales site says "immediate relief of arterial pressure".
No source we read measured the capsule, let alone how fast it acts. The FTC expects health claims to rest on competent and reliable scientific evidence, usually human trials 8. A testimonial alone does not meet that bar.
If you take medicine for blood pressure, keep taking it. Call 911 for chest pain or signs of a stroke.
What is the bottom line of the fact check?
The label is plain and checkable. The promises around it go further than the evidence we found.
That is useful to know before you decide. If the label reads fine to you and your pharmacist, the guarantee gives a window to try it. The legitimacy page lays out the other checks, such as the seller and the refund terms.

FAQ01
Melonex questions people ask
Did you test Melonex in a lab?
No. We read the label and published sources. No source we found tested Melonex.
Which Melonex claim is the weakest?
The line about immediate relief, because no source we read measured speed or relief for this capsule.
Is the 500 mg figure the amount of each ingredient?
No. It is the combined weight of the three names, and the split between them is not printed.
Will this fact check be updated?
Yes. If a published test of the capsule appears, we will add it and date the change.
