What is the Melonex return policy?
Sealed bottles can go back within 60 days of purchase, with an authorization code, less a 20% fee. That is what the FAQ says 1.
The wording is short, and the live page governs. Return and refund are two halves of one process: the code comes first, the bottles second and the credit last. Where the FAQ is silent, assume nothing and ask. A written reply from the order desk is worth more than any reading of ours.
What if your bottle is sealed, opened, damaged or wrong?
